Update/upgrade of the eLOCK EM software

Please note that updating your eLOCK EM software requires a new activation of your software. You can obtain your activation code from our technical support.

Please use the setup according to your existing licence, Basic, Professional or Enterprise. There is a charge for changing to a higher licence.

Apart from that, updates and upgrades extend the functionality of your software licence and are subject to a charge.

How do I recognise an update and an upgrade?

Update
You can recognise an update by the change in the last digit of the release designation, for example from 7.1.A to 7.1.B.

Upgrade
You can recognise an upgrade by the change of the middle and/or left digit of the release designation, for example from 7.1.A to 7.2.A or from 7.1.C to 8.0.A.
